Nam Trung (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates internal software tools used exclusively by our content and marketing team. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when using our internal tool that integrates with Pinterest APIs.

1. Scope of Use
   This tool is for internal use only. It is not available to the public and does not collect information from external users.
2. Information We Access From Pinterest
   Depending on the permissions granted, the application may access:

• Board information
• Existing Pins metadata
• Permissions required to publish Pins on behalf of the Nam Trung Pinterest Business Account

We do NOT access or store:

• Personal information from Pinterest users
• Pinterest passwords or authentication details

All authentication is handled directly through Pinterest OAuth.

3. How We Use Information
   We use Pinterest API data only for:

• Publishing approved content to our Pinterest boards
• Displaying our own boards and Pins for internal content management

No data is shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.

4. User Consent & Control
   All publishing actions require manual approval by a Nam Trung content manager. No automated or unsolicited posting occurs.
5. Data Storage
   The tool stores only internally-created content (title, images, descriptions). We do not store Pinterest user data.

Authentication tokens are encrypted and stored securely as part of our internal automation workflow.

6. Security
   We use industry-standard security practices to protect all data stored internally.
